Product Guarantee and Returns Policy

All products carry a 90-day replacement guarantee for manufacturer's defects. All products except as noted below** are sold with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return the item for a refund of the purchase price less 15% re-stocking fee, shipping and handling. Prepaid shipping costs and handling will also be deducted from the refund. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of invoice date.

Please note: Products being returned must be properly cleaned and returned undamaged (except for normal wear). Damaged, soiled, worn out or abused items are not eligible for refund.

**Insoles, Books, pet & equine products and personal face masks are not eligible for refund.

How to Return Products: Returned items must be prepaid and sent by US Post. We suggest you purchase insurance for your own protection. We will credit your account, after we have received back the item. Do not use UPS, FedEx couriers etc. to return items.
